2020 – SARP Award for the best architectural building completed in 2019 in the category of ‘office, educational or administration building’.
2019 – nomination by the Organizers of the 23rd edition of Polski Cement w Architekturze for the best architectural project with the use of reinforced concrete technology that was completed and delivered to use in 2018.
2018 – participation in Ogólnopolski Konkurs Otwarty „Modernizacja Roku & Budowa XXI w.” (‘Modernization of the Year & Building of 21st century’). Every year, the jury awards a building project with special qualities. Our building has been recognized in the category of ‘office buildings’.
SHIRAZ Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością S.K.A. completed a project co-financed with EU funds entitled: ‘ Deep thermo-renovation of an office building in Poznan’. This investment was realized within the scope of Activity 1.2 ‘Promoting energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy sources by companies’, Priority Axis 1, ‘Decarbonisation of the economy’, within the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment for 2014–2020.
The main objective of the project was to improve the energy efficiency of an office building through a deep and complex thermo-renovation. The project improved the effectiveness of the company, decreased the amount of fuel and pollution, which in turn contributed to decreasing the greenhouse effect.
The total cost of the project: 22 046 530,00 PLN
EU Funds: 4 089 215,25 PLN
